At Swallow Beauty, we want you to feel completely confident and comfortable with every purchase. Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to hygiene reasons, we have a clear and transparent return policy.

What's Eligible for Return / Exchange

We offer returns or exchanges on Bras & Some Accessories only, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• All tags, labels, and hygiene stickers are intact
• The return request is raised within 4 days of delivery

You can easily raise a return/exchange request from your account or by clicking here. Once approved, we will arrange a free home pickup for you.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the product.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund will be transferred to your bank account once details are shared and verified.

Store Credit

You can also choose Store Credit (valid for 6 months) for future purchases — a great way to shop again with ease.

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• All Panties & Underwear
• Shapewear
• Nipple Covers, Tapes & Accessories
• Any worn, washed, or used products

If any of these items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will resolve the issue on priority.

Important Notes

• All returned products will be inspected thoroughly before approval
• Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
